🛃 UAE Tourist/Visit Visa Requirements

• ❌ Single-entry UAE visa holders are not eligible for this trip.
• ✅ Multiple-entry UAE visa holders must obtain an Oman visa in advance, at least 10 days before travel.
• ❌ Visa change trips are not permitted.
• 👤 Sponsored visa holders must travel with their sponsor; otherwise, they cannot join the trip.

👨‍👩‍👧 Passenger Classification

• Adult: Above 10 years
• Child: 4–10 years
• Infant: Below 3 years

🚗 Self-Drive Conditions – Musandam Dibba, Oman 🇴🇲

Please note the following requirements for guests travelling by their own vehicle:

• 🚫 Rental cars and loan vehicles are not permitted to enter Dibba, Oman.
• 👤 The vehicle owner must be present in the vehicle during the trip.
• 🛡️ Valid Oman vehicle insurance is required.
• 💳 Border fees can be paid using a debit or credit card.

📌 Reporting Time

🕤 Guests must report at the border between 9:30 AM and 9:45 AM.

⏰ The exact reporting time will be shared one day before the trip.

⚠️ Please ensure all vehicle documents and required insurance are arranged before departure to avoid delays at the border.

📌 Travel Requirements 🛂

✅ Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months.

✅ Emirates ID: Must be valid for at least 1 month.

If a trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests may choose either:

• 💯 100% Refund
• 📅 Free Rescheduling to another date, subject to availability.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the travel date to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling.
• 🎉 Public Holidays: Cancellation and rescheduling are not permitted, and the above cancellation policy does not apply.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• ❌ Same-day cancellations.
• ⏰ Late arrival.
• 🚫 No-show (failure to arrive for the scheduled trip).
